Shipping help...
Jun. 29th, 2005 07:05 pmI'm getting Lin's Braillenote fixed for her. Got the RMA today. Then I got to thinking about shipping, and figured that insuring it would be a good idea.
So I looked up the price on the website of the manufacturer. And almost swallowed my teeth. $6,195.00
The USPS *doesn't* insure for over $200. And while the odds of anything happening to it are slim, I don't want to ship it without insurance.
So, anybody have experience with shipping stuff that expensive? Who would you recommend?
