I just had a majorly unpleasant experience. Someone on my friends list was having some problems (I know some of you reading this know who, please don't mention any names if you respond to this).
Just reading about it stressed me. And reading the replies from one of the folks on the "other side" of things made it worse.
I *wanted* to just ignore it. But I also had to try help. So I wrote a few replies. Which may get other people pissed at me. Which increased the stress level. So I'm now feeling a lot like one of my panic attacks. All tensed up "fight/flight" stuff and *nothing* I can do to relieve it.
Headache, tight chest, jumpy, and trying to keep an eye on my breathing in case I need my inhaler. Ick.
But I couldn't let some of that stuff go unchallenged. I just hope I've helped and not made things worse.
