There's someone who wants to buy some of it. Maybe a lot of it.
But he (reasonably enough) wants the lots marked so he can see what exactly he's getting (it's undeveloped woodland).
Trouble is, I'd already gone thru that with the realtor about a month back. Getting all the lots flagged will cost a bit over $300. Which is pretty reasonable. Right this moment I have a bit over $600. Total
That's all I've got to live on until I get some money in. And my health insurance alone is $240/month.
The realtor asked the guy's agent if he'd make an offer contingent on getting the lots flagged. If he does, I think I'm going to have to spend the money. And hope things close quickly...
That that puts me on even more of a deadline then I've been on.
