Another exciting day. Not!

kengrPretty ho-hum day.
I went down to the office for the housing recertification this afternoon. I hadn't been able to find my copy of the contract for the lot that's being paid for in monthly installment, so, of course, they needed that.
They also need an estimate of my income. Yeah right.
I'll dig out the invoices for the last year and put something together. I also need to dig out the receipts for my last batch of pills and test strips.
I really need to get a bunch of stuff filed. But I've got several *boxes* of stuff that'll have to be gone thru. I just need to get the stuff that's recent done, then go back and sort the older stuff.
I also need to figure out *how* to file the stuff. I've got a bunch of stuff I need to be able to find, and I'm not sure how to categorize it.
I think I'm getting the hang of breading the scallops I bought a while back. And of how long to deep fry them for. Now I just have to figure out what else to serve with them when I have Kathy over for dinner.
