This is the second time this week that I'm woken up to a panic attack. It's bad enough that I lost sleep. But the attack isn't helping the situation that (probably) triggered it this time.

Last time it was just a "scary" situation I couldn't do anything about. Turned out ok. This time, its a situation where I *need* to do some work to *avoid* the problems that I'm worried about. And I can't.

Wish I knew a way to deal with the symptoms.....

It won't help today but might learning tai chi be a good thing generally? Breath control and calmness and balance can make you feel better. I'm very uncoordinated and found it helped me.

For today could you think of times you did well and felt strong and able?
