It's a 12 panel (4 rows by 3 columns) with line drawings numbered 0 thru 11 of how to properly wash your hands.
Each step is labeled with a verse from the Litany Against Fear from Dune:
0. (wet hands) I must not fear. 1. (add soap) Fear is the mind killer. 2. (rub fingers over palm of opposite hand in a circular motion) Fear is the little-death 3. (place palm on back of opposite hand with fingers interlaced. scrub up and down. Repeat with hands switched) That brings total obliteration. 4. (place hands palm together with fingers interlaced and scrub up and down) I will face my fear. 5. (bend fingers on both hands and lock the hands together and scrub them side to side) I will permit it to pass over me 6. (grab thumb with fingers of other hand and scrub by rotating them around it. switch hands and repeat) And through me. 7. (scrub fingertips against palm of opposite hand. switch hands and repeat) And when it has gone past 8. (rub hands against each other under running water) I will turn the inner eye to see its path. 9. (dry hands with paper towel) Where the fear has gone 10. (use paper towel to turn off water) There will be nothing. 11. (clean hands displayed) Only I will remain.
