Random stuff

kengrWednesday, I went to dinner with Lin and Kermit for her birthday (which was Wed) and also as my sort of b-day get together with them as Kermit works Saturday. It was a nice dinner and we had fun talking. I also supplied Lin with enough chocolate to deal with PMS for the next several months
I'd been thinking about having Kathy along, but she didn't want to drive to where we were going (she's had her insurance go up after her van was broken into, so she's avoiding some places). So she and I will be going somewhere *next* Wednesday.
Thursday, I wandered over to Gary & Anita's to show them a couple of new books (one of which they'd already checked out of the library). Also, I wanted to see if they'd like to go to dinner and a movie on Sat. Well, they were willing, but our GM may be restarting the D&D game Sat. So we may do that instead.
Which works ok, I won't be alone anyway, and that's the main thing.
