AC already?

kengrtoday's high was forecast to be 85 or above, so I hooked up the AC. Fortunately didn't take much. Just sticking the adapter thingie in the window, attaching the hose to it (took a couple tries to get it to latch into place, and then attaching the hose to the unit itself.
Turned it on, and adjusted where it was pointing a bit and it's trying to cool things down.
Also had to turn off the window fan in the bedroom (which I use for storage) and close the door to it. Hopefully nothing will "melt" in there.
Some day, I may manage to afford a second air conditioner for the bedroom.
