Sounds like the SCP Foundation is missing one of their SCPs. Probably a Doctor Wondertainment invention. (The SCP Foundation isn't sure what or who Dr. Wondertainment is, possibly a devisor of some kind, or a group of them. Definitely a maker of magical and often dangerous toys, though.)
