kengrThe news has been coveruing this bit about the Portland Business Alliance putting up an online petition asking the city to do something about all the homeless (including comments about trying harder to enforce laws against camping and other things (ie "get them out of sight"))
The mayor(?) responded asking just where they were supposed to get the money?
The PBA response "we're not experts in fund raising"
I call bullshit.
That's not a response, that's an attempt to dodge the issue.
