The oven cooks a *little* fast. But this was "cooking chart says 4.5 hr" and actual cooking time was less than 3.5 hr. That's *way* out of line.

As for the Christmas music, I generally go with Dec 1, or "after Thanksgivoing" depending.

And in this case I've got 3.6 gig of "christmas" music that needs to be checked anyway.
