He's not coping real well. There are some important boxes like clothes hangers) they can't find.
Also, he's broken a tooth. And doesn't deal well with dentists.
Still no cable in sight.
I did suggest that he file a complaint with the relevant agency (PUC or local franchising authority) as there are several things that don't add up here. Such as the fact that the problem can't be that far from the apartment, otherwise other tenants wouldn't have cable either. Add this to the "Oh, we can't sign you up as the current tenant hasn't shut off service yet and something is definitely screwy.
