Murphy hates me.
Friday nite I was up too late (but having fun) working on some ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-community.gif)
lightning_war stuff with someone. Then I went to bed around 2 am and read a bit while waiting for my "sleep aid" to kick. Alarm was set for [shudder] 8am.
At *6* am, I was awakened by the screeching of one of my computers. It was doing that because the server was down because the [censored] GFI circuit in the kitchen had tripped (it's done ths before)
So, an hour and a half later things are back running ok. There's no point in going back to bed because the alarm will go off in 30 minutes. That's because![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
mistresscayenne was supposed to show up at 9am or so to drive us both to the con.
9:30, I realize she must have over slept, pull off clothes and crawl into bed.
10:00am I get a call from her. She realizes I'm not terribly coherent and says she'll give me a call in a few hours.
11:00 am, a friend calls, gets hung up on
12 noonmistresscayenne calls again, I get up and we are at con by 1:30.
A bit ago: discovere that have royally screwed up LW stuff.
Now, I've had maybe 3 uninterrupted hours of sleep. plus a couple or three more very interrupted hours. Am rather less than coherent/tracking/whatever...
Bleah.
