Ok, what's going on?

It's getting so that most of the time I can't call up my own LiveJournal . When Netsscape (4.79) finishes loading the page, 9 times out of 10, I'm staring at solid blue. I have to exit Netscape and try again.

It's been getting steadily worse, too.
