odd question about twins and biology.

I'm working on yet another story twist in a story, and I'm wondering if an idea I have would work.

Is there way to get *effectively* identical twins but of opposite sexes? Naturally?

I believe it is possible with XXY .

Actually, no

As someone who has Klinefelter's Syndrome (XXY), not even that would be identical -- effectively or not -- naturally. It would be possible to do so with XXY in lab setting, however

There's absolutely no reason that fraternal twins can't look alike but be of opposite sexes, however.
