Advice for magic users
And for folks who are dealing with the unknown.
"Never call up that which you cannot put down."
Never read a spell aloud unless you intend to cast it.
Never read something aloud if you don't know what it is.
Never read something aloud if you don't know how to pronounce it.
Don't trace symbols with your finger either.
If you are bleeding, don't let the blood fall on that ancient artifact/manuscript/whatever.
Don't curse or call upon God (any god) in holy/unholy places accidentally.
Don't do so deliberately either unless you *know* what will happen.
Never say "I wish" around ancient artifacts.
