TLDR: Incel supporter suggesting that the government "assign girlfriends" to single men and not understanding why this might be a problem.

By the same "logic" single gay men should be assigned boyfriends by the government. So ask him how he'd feel if he was assigned as some gay guy's boyfriend.

I'd avoid saying that where they can hear, though - they seem to think you mean "get rich and build muscles and also be even more of an asshole" instead of "get some freaking hobbies, educate yourself, stop hanging out with right wing MRA dudebros, and be nice ffs".

I've been "incel" for most of my life, but I never thought the way they do. But I did think about it a lot.

There are several different problems here. Some involve stereotypes on both sides. Some involve actual behaviors of "small" but *very* noticable portions of the male and female populations.

And some involve they way a lot of social behavior is expected to be learned via observation rather than any actual teaching/training (to say nothing of the major disconnect between what is said and what is meant).

I could go on for a *long* time about this sort of thing.

Which, come to think of it, is why they seem to be even more strident and bolder than usual. They've got one of their own running things now.

I suspect the basic problem is that some people just naturally have the personality of an open sewer... and actively object to anything that would improve that [like, getting a life].. but because they don't want to be wrong, they externalise the cause.

Add to that the fact they see women as literal sex objects, and this is what you get.
