Ow. Sounds worse than me after walking to and from the Derby Breakfast a few weeks ago. Day was deceptively cool and mild... and very, very, very humid, with no wind at all.

I was still knackered the next day, and actually fell asleep during the Derby Party I attended. Though I woke in time for the actual Derby. :-)
