Have you noticed your oven cooking fast before? Oven controls are notorious for being at least a little off. I have to set mine about 25F higher than recommended to get reasonable cooking time.
AIGH! Too early for Christmas music! :-^) (Was actually complaining about this yesterday. Local station has already switched to playing "holiday" music part of the day.)
