Neither did I. But that's what the California department responsible for running prisons is arguing in court. They only recognize five "faiths" as being allowed to have chaplains or other religious rights. If you aren't one of those five, you don't get to practice your religion. Nor are you protected against actions taken against you in prison because of your faith.
