It's a newish roleplaying game by White Wolf, it's about humans captured by Fae and then making their way back to real world - but changed. A really nice one, and that dream is just made for it.

Oh, and I was about to make the same comment as netdancer did. :)

(I have the Autumn Nightmares book for that game right now in my backpack next to me, for reading on public transportation...)
