Would that just apply to US LJers or just to those with paid accounts?
There's no way to tell what country an LJer is in (other than trusting any locatyion info in their profile). And I have no idea what paid accounts would have to do with it. Heck, I'm not even sure what the word "that" in the above sentence refers to.
Would we know if they link to us?
Go to the website foir bloglines (there's a link in that post I linked) and enter your LJ name into the search box.
Do they notify you?
Nope. I saw someone else post about being upset that they'd been put on Bloglines and went to check to see if I was there.
