Well, the move out bit has *happened. Not with the US, but the UK was having quite a problem with folks moving because of taxes. Heck, Arthur C. Clarke has said that was one of the reasons he moved to Sri Lanka.

I don't agree *or* disagree with that item. I *suspect* that the math will probably work out.

It *does* over simplify in that the really high income/high tax people are a *much* smaller portion of the whole. So we'd not not run into the "we don't have enough to pay" part.

But that doesn't necessarily invalidate the *other* points.
