Breakfast pizza?

Had a silly food idea.

Breakfast pizza. No sauce, but cheese, scrambled eggs, ans sausage or bacon. Maybe mushrooms and green omions too.

It *sounds* like it might work, but I don't have the ingredients to hand. Nor do I want to use the oven in a heat wave.

Pizza Luce near me has a selection of brunch pizzas like that. Very tasty. (Only on weekends though.)

Buy some mini-naan flatbreads (they keep well when frozen). Add your toppings and microwave it until the cheese melts. You can also heat a flatbread in a frying pan, which will give it more of a toasted flavor, but be careful not to drop toppings into the hot pan, because they'll stick.

You can put savory toppings on plain toast, if that's what you have. Or toast an English muffin or a bagel. Once, when my husband was in college, I found myself trying to create a meal using only the food and equipment present in the dorm room. Two English muffins, split and toasted, and spread with spaghetti sauce from a jar. Two hot dogs, heated and sliced crosswise. And American cheese "singles", and then stick the whole mess back into the toaster oven until the cheese melted. I was the only one who threw up, but I'm allergic to tomatos.
