What heaters? If I was designing it, I'd have them TIMMs stuff be uninsulated so it'd be up to running temp about the time the heat gets to thne conventional electronics.
A TIMMs video camera would be an interesting challenge.
Oh yeah, sodium/sulfur batteries for power.
