Pretty sure some of the cave paintings from the neolithic era express similar sentiments...

try to imagine the graffiti in ancient Egypt or Mesopotamia.

Heck, in Jerusalem around the time of Christ.

Don't have to, I've seen the pictures... and read the translations [those we have]. Fairly certain the academics who translated them, toned them down a bit too.
